How to Book

To book, read the 'Terms and Conditions of Hire' and 'Hire Charges' documents. Check availability on the online calendar, then click 'New Booking' and fill in the form. For new hirers, an invoice will be sent via email, and payment is required before the booking is accepted. Hirers are responsible for leaving the hall in a clean and tidy condition and should book sufficient time for this. Events involving the sale of alcohol are only permitted with a bar run by the Hall Management Committee. Hirers should discuss requirements in detail before booking. Bouncy castles and inflatables are allowed subject to specific insurance conditions, which must be met. Hirers should read the relevant policy in the 'Documents' section before booking.
