How to Book
Booking not reserved until deposit plus full payment received. Cancellation within 14 days of booking: full refund. Cancellation less than 14 days: 50% refund plus deposit returned, 50% retained by Newlands Hall Management Committee (NHMC). NHMC reserves the right to cancel or terminate any reservation (will not exercise unreasonably). Deposit may be forfeited if terms of hire are not met (cleanliness, refuse, equipment return). Bookings exceeding paid time will be charged at 200% of the hourly rate. Hirer responsible for preserving order and preventing noise nuisance to residents. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in immediate termination and loss of deposit. Dry hire venue; hirer must source all equipment beyond tables and chairs. Outside patio and garden area are not for hire or use by hirers; this is a public and communal area. Long term hire and community event rates available on contact.
