The Rowner Community Trust, which manages the centre, emphasizes a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible approach for residents and guests. The Rowner Community Trust manages the Nimrod Community Centre and also the Youth Arts and Media Centre. The Trust reserves the right to reject or terminate bookings deemed obscene, sexist, homophobic, racist, offensive, controversial, or sensitive. Hirers are responsible for obtaining a Temporary Event Licence if alcohol is to be sold.

How to Book
To make a booking enquiry, interested parties should email [email protected] in the first instance. Viewings are welcomed during office hours. For one-off private hire bookings, all fees must be paid 7 days before the event. For one-off commercial bookings, an invoice is issued at the time of booking and must be paid within 14 days or 7 days before the booking. For multi-bookings, all hire fees must be paid within 14 days of the invoice or before the first booked date. For one-off bookings, notification of cancellation must be given at least 14 days prior to the booking date. Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice incur a £20 administration fee. Less than 7 days' notice incurs a 50% charge of the hire cost, and cancellations on the day of booking incur 100% of the hire cost.
