Hiring period should include setting up and clearing away. Regular hirers should discuss rates with the Bookings Manager. If leaving an answerphone message, replies to mobile numbers are unlikely due to cost. Hirer must provide evidence of insurance cover for the event. All rubbish must be taken away from the premises. Inflatables: specific types allowed inside/outside, check with venue and provide insurance/PAT test certificates if using own provider. Phone hours: Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 10am-5pm (no calls on Sundays).
