How to Book
To book a hall, a £50 deposit is required to hold the date, along with a signed hall hire agreement. Booking forms can be requested by emailing [email protected] with the desired hire date. Office hours for enquiries: Monday: 8:30am-2:45pm, Tuesday: 10:00am-2:45pm, Wednesday: Office Closed, Thursday: 10:00am-2:45pm, Friday: 10:00am-2:45pm. The office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but the venue remains available for hire. The office is not permanently staffed; pre-booking advised for meetings with the manager.
