How to Book
Online booking requests receive a quotation via email, or you can call to discuss needs. Registered users can access booking information, make repeat bookings, and manage their account. Bookings can also be made in person at the NOA community centre office Monday-Friday between 10 am and 4 pm. Hire duration includes set up, clear down, and cleaning time. Rooms must be left in a clean and tidy state. No items to be stuck on windows, doors, walls, or ceilings. Chairs and tables must be returned to original positions. All rubbish must be removed from the building. Premises must be securely locked if you are the last person in the building. No stiletto heels may be worn to protect floors. No group is entitled to leave equipment unless prior arrangements are made. Kitchens do not have sharp knives; basic pots and pans are available at NOA and the Pavilion. Crockery and cutlery must be washed and put away; hirers must bring their own tea towels. Lost keys incur full locksmith replacement costs. Deposits are returned via BACS; bank details must be provided within one month of the event or the deposit will be considered a donation to NOA.
