How to Book
All booking requests must be made using the online Booking Calendar on the website. Requests are reviewed by the Bookings Secretary, and an email will be sent to confirm the booking. An invoice will be emailed with information on how and when to pay. Regular customers may request monthly invoicing after an initial booking and payment. All bookings are subject to the standard terms and conditions. Single bookings are normally accepted for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with day and evening available separately. Possible on other days subject to availability. Block bookings are accepted from Mondays to Thursdays for any part of a 12-month period (renewable in the 9th month). Month-to-month block bookings may be possible on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Regular block booking users can request a place on the Management Committee.
