How to Book
Rooms are available 7 days a week, though out-of-hours bookings require induction. The booking office is open Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking (excludes events starting within 48 hours) or 7 days in advance. 50% refund if cancelled 7 days to 24 hours in advance. Non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of event start.
