How to Book
To book, a Conditions of Hire form, booking form, and invoice will be forwarded. The booking form must be completed and returned to make the booking binding. The invoice needs to be paid in full at least one week prior to the event. For one-off bookings, a full refund is given if at least 5 days' notice is provided. Regular bookings require one month's notice. Hirers must clean and tidy the hall after the event. Alcohol must not be served without prior consent of the Parish Council, and hirers are responsible for obtaining any required licenses. Northway Community Groups can have the first two hours free, beyond this normal charges apply (at the discretion of the Parish Council).
