The Observer Building offers a range of hire spaces including a main event venue, a historic board room, a cafe and bar space, co-working and office spaces, and an incubator space. It is fully licensed for all types of events, wheelchair accessible, and provides high-speed internet. Catering and bar services are available, and external caterers are permitted for ceremonies. Pets are welcome for ceremonies and in co-working spaces. DIY ceremonies are permitted, and exclusive use is available. Profits from venue hire are invested in creating positive ways for people to live and work, managed by Hastings Commons.
