How to Book
Booking requests are made via an online form and are not confirmed until notified by email from the Booking Secretary. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total hire charge is required at confirmation of booking. The balance of the hire fee is due 7 days prior to the event, or on confirmation if within 7 days of the hire start. An additional fee of £20 applies if selling alcohol (for a bar license). Terms and Conditions are available to read before completing the booking form. A refundable key deposit of £50 and a refundable cleaning/damage deposit of £100 are also required.
