About
One Marylebone is a Grade I listed former-church, built in 1826 by Sir John Soane, located on its own 'island' near Regent's Park. It is conveniently opposite Great Portland Street underground station and 10 minutes by taxi from King's Cross, Euston, and Paddington train stations. It is a versatile and unique blank canvas event venue with stunning interiors and a lush garden, suitable for a wide range of events including weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, fashion shows, and private parties.

Exclusive use and dry hire available. Standard hire hours are 09:00 - 00:00, with a 2-hour load out for suppliers. This can be extended for an additional fee, with a late license option until 3am for £1,000 per hour past midnight. General hire ranges from £10,000 – £18,000 (subject to VAT). Wedding venue hire only ranges from £14,000.00 – £22,000.00. Base budget including catering is around £45,000+ VAT.
