How to Book
Online booking is available via the 'Calendar book & pay' section on their website. Booking enquiries can also be made via email or phone. Hire charges and deposits must be paid at least 28 days prior to the event, directly to a bank account (allow five working days for clearance). Cheques may be accepted in certain circumstances with prior agreement. Arrangements for viewing the hall can be made by contacting the caretakers (Nick and Doug). Competitive rates are offered, generally ranging from £12.00 to £25.00 per hour, with discounted pricing available for charities, not-for-profit groups, and parishioners. Specific rates depend on event requirements (days, times, facilities), and the Bookings Secretary (Katie) should be contacted to discuss specific requirements and obtain a tailored quote. Fireworks, 'Chinese Lanterns', and any other flammable or combustible liquids are not permitted within the building or its grounds. All exits must remain unobstructed at all times during the period of hire. The hirer is responsible for Health and Safety and controlling the event to avoid unreasonable impact on neighbours, especially regarding noise levels.
