How to Book
Booking hours: 8:30 am to 9:00 pm. Session length: Up to 4 hours (per session, unless specified). Consumption of alcohol not allowed unless specific permission is sought. If alcohol is to be sold, an Alcohol Licence needs to be obtained by the Hirer. Invoice issued on booking for one-off hires. Regular hirers invoiced for preceding month in the first week of following month, or may pay caretaker on the day. Payment by BACS Credit preferred. Hire for special events to continue after 9:00 pm only with permission from Council, subject to additional charge. Consideration for reduced fees for charity fundraising benefiting Blaenhonddan Community Council area residents (requires written request to Council).
