How to Book

Bookings are handled by the Hallmaster system. Contact the Meeting House Office via the Manager (Deborah Arrowsmith) or Assistant Manager (Jacqui Mansfield). A booking confirmation form will be sent via email detailing dates, times, location, total sum, payment terms, and any deposit. The client must reply accepting terms before booking is entered in the diary. An invoice will be sent one month prior to the commencement of the booking. Full payment due on or before the start date, unless alternative arrangements are agreed. Payments by BACS or cheque. Cancellations by the hirer within 2 weeks of a booking will incur the full charge. The Meeting reserves the right to cancel bookings for Quaker Memorial Meetings or funerals, providing as much notice as possible.
