The Packington Memorial Village Hall is a modern multi-purpose building that may be hired in its entirety, or specific rates apply to individual areas. It offers modern audio-visual facilities, broadband internet access, and WC facilities including a fully-accessible WC room. Heating is included and set in advance. No apparatus or equipment can be left on premises without prior agreement. Hirer is responsible for premises and key during access period. Tables must be cleaned, folded, and put away; chairs returned to original positions. The Management Committee reserves the right to enter the hall at any time during an event. Events may be terminated for non-compliance with conditions of hire.

How to book
Online booking via website calendar (select venue, click blue plus on day to launch form) or contact Booking Team by phone. Rates are per hour and include use of equipment, heating, and lighting. Hire period must include set-up and clear-up times. All charges for 'one-off' hirers must be paid in advance. Regular hirers invoiced as agreed (payment terms: strictly 14 days from invoice date). Discounts available to Packington Parish residents and Community Groups making regular bookings. Cancellation charges at the discretion of the Memorial Hall Committee. Generally, no charge for cancellations more than 28 days in advance; less than 28 days notice will be charged unless the space is re-let.
