Room availability varies: The Conservatory (12pm-5pm or 7pm-close all week, exclusive hire on Friday and Saturdays until 11pm); The Reading Room (12pm-5pm or 6pm-close all week); The Club Room (12pm-5pm or 7pm-close); The Private Dining Room (12pm-5pm or 7pm-close all week, exclusive hire for afternoon or evening bookings). Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 20 days in advance from event start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 20 days are non-refundable. Event date can be changed within 2 months of the original date at no cost. For weddings, a minimum of 6 weeks is required for a full deposit refund. For private hire, 4 weeks, and for photoshoots, 1 week.
