How to Book

In-house catering and bar opportunities are available. External caterers can be brought in, but they must have Public Liability Insurance and a Level 3 Food Hygiene Safety Certificate if serving or selling food to the public. A booking enquiry form needs to be filled out to receive a rate card or a bespoke quote. A 20% deposit is usually required to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due the day prior to the event. The deposit may be retained if the event is cancelled by the organiser after the hire agreement is signed. An Event Coordinator is provided for all events to assist with setup, pack down, and smooth running. Bar staff are provided for over-18 events in The Gig Space. Security costs are included in the hire fee, with a guard stationed at the door or roaming on the event level depending on attendee numbers. A sound engineer can be provided for technical equipment setup and operation, potentially with an additional fee. Most public-facing events can be listed on the 'What's On' section of the website and promoted to Peckham Levels' mailing list and social media following. After 8 PM, all under 18s must be accompanied by an adult on Levels 5 and 6. After 11 PM, no under 18s are allowed on site. Site visits can be requested via the enquiry form.
