How to Book

Bookings can be made via their website. Private bookings require payment via credit or debit card at the time of booking. Village groups are given 48 hours to pay by BACS after receiving a regular booking confirmation. Alternatively, you can request a quote and book through Cvent. No refunds if hire is cancelled within 48 hours of the booked time. If cancelled up to 48 hours before the event and a replacement booking cannot be concluded, payment of the hire fee may be required at the committee's discretion. Hirers must be over 21 years of age. Fees are payable in advance. All damage & breakages must be paid for and reported immediately. No animals, except assistance dogs, unless prior arrangement. Hirers are responsible for the behaviour of all persons using the premises, including car parking arrangements. Hirers must leave the hall clean and tidy and dispose of all rubbish in outdoor bins. A key will be issued at the time of booking and must be returned promptly. Hirers must only gain entry at the times of their booking. Hire time should include any set up or tidy up time.
