Check availability by calling 01225 423014 or emailing [email protected]. Download and complete a booking form. Read and sign the Terms & Conditions. Complete and return a Practical Arrangements form and an Item Hire form. Cancellation Policy: Full room hire fee charged for cancellations within 48 hours. 50% of the hire fee charged for cancellations less than 14 days. No charge for cancellations outside 14 days. The maximum capacity of rooms is at the discretion of users, with a recommendation to be mindful of minimizing risk and maintaining good ventilation. The Centre reserves the right to limit numbers if deemed in the interest of other occupants.
