How to Book

Enquire about booking by calling 01633 420501 or emailing [email protected]. Leanne, the manager, will discuss the potential booking. All requests are subject to availability checks. Bookings are not confirmed until formal confirmation is received from hall management and payment has been made. For parties or functions, a meeting may be requested to discuss suitability and agree on detailed requirements. The hirer must comply with Ponthir Hall conditions of Hire and hall policies. Payment is generally required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. A separate email will be sent with cost details and a payment link. Preferred payment methods: Online with credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Contact the hall for details on other payment methods. Cancellation Policy: For single bookings over £70: More than 30 days notice = Full refund. 30 days or less notice = Refund only if hall management finds an alternative customer. For bookings £70 or less: At least 72 hours notice = Full refund. Booked time includes initial access to the hired area until the required vacation time. Additional rental fee may be charged if rooms are not vacated at the required time. An additional cleaning charge may be made if the hall is left in an unacceptable condition. No confetti of any type is allowed in the hall. The trustees, as a charity, reserve the right to refuse any requested bookings. In certain circumstances, a refundable security deposit may be required for bookings that include a bar.
