How to Book
Bookings must include sufficient time for setting up and clearing up. All bookings are subject to the approval of the management committee. Full Conditions of Hire should be read before making a booking. To inquire or arrange a visit, call 01707 659602 or email [email protected]. Additional charges apply for caretaker services: £25 for opening/lockup, and £40 if a caretaker is required on-site at midnight. Discounts of up to 20% may be available for non-profit making voluntary community groups, youth events (8-19 year olds), weekly bookings, frequent/repeat bookings, and lets 5 hours and over. A 20% discount may also apply to the second and subsequent rooms for multiple room bookings (excluding the kitchen). All discounts are at the management committee's discretion.
