How to Book
Casual bookings can be made up to 1 week in advance. Gold Card members can book from 7:00 AM, Diamond Discount Card members from 9:00 AM, and standard users from 9:15 AM. Payment is required at the time of booking. For bookings more than 1 week in advance, clubs and organisations must complete an application for hire form. One-off event and competition bookings require a one-off booking application. The online booking facility is currently unavailable; please contact the centre by phone or in person for bookings and enquiries. Cancellation Policy: For casual bookings, if the court/pitch/class is cancelled and re-let, or other spaces are available, no charge. If not re-let or bookee fails to turn up, full charge payable. An administration charge applies for Diamond Card holders and non-members who fail to turn up. For whole hall bookings, every effort is made to re-let; charge for all courts not re-let. Club cancellations must be in writing; if not in writing, the club will be charged. For written cancellations prior to booking, the decision is by the Operations Manager; cancellations within a week are normally charged. Cancelled outdoor pitch matches may be treated differently, decided by the Operations Manager.
