How to Book

Lettings are booked through the Hallmaster website, via the QVH part of the Quenington Village website. One-off bookings are not secured until payment is received. Regular hirers will be invoiced at intervals. Bookings must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance. Hirers must be at least 18 years old, responsible for taking care of the building and contents, checking the hall is safe to use, and for the behaviour of those present during the booking period. Advise of any breakages/damages or spillages; charges may apply for extra cleaning, replacing broken items, or repairing damage. Ensure all children's parties are supervised by at least two responsible adults. Premises must not be sub-let or used for any unlawful purpose. Fully disclose intended use of the hall. Not permitted to bring propane gas heaters or cooking equipment onto the premises. Leave rooms clean, tidy, and secure. Wipe down tables and put them away. Return chairs to stacking trolley. Wipe up spills and clean carpets. Abide by health and hygiene standards in the kitchen and observe food safety regulations. Ensure floors and surfaces are cleared of crumbs and spills. Wash, dry, and put away all equipment. Turn off all taps. Bring own tea towels (not provided). Flush all toilets. Empty all rubbish bins and take away all rubbish generated. Ensure activity is covered by Premises Licence for regulated entertainment. Keep noise to a minimum after 10:30 PM and leave quietly. All events must finish by 11 PM, unless by prior arrangement. Ensure all doors and windows are secured before leaving. Return keys to the key safe or as agreed with the booking clerk. Call Fire & Rescue Service for ANY fire outbreak. Do not tamper with fire extinguishers or discharge them except in emergencies; inform booking clerk if discharged. Park vehicles with consideration for local residents and avoid blocking highways, pavements, or driveways.
