How to Book
To book, contact the Booking Secretary, Lisa Curtlin, on 01295 670398 or complete the enquiry form on the website. Booking is confirmed upon signing and returning the contract. Payment is billed by the Treasurer, with accounts to be settled within 28 days. The balance is payable on or before the conclusion of the event. Key collection should be arranged with the Booking Secretary two or three days prior to the hiring period.
