The Regency Suite is situated above Shanklin Conservative Club, just off the High Street and main town centre. The mainline station is a five-minute walk away. It is licensed under The Marriage Act 1994 & Civil Partnership Act 2004 for the solemnisation of Civil Marriage Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships. The venue provides delicious home-cooked meals and buffets, with several menu options available. Decorations such as chair covers, choice of coloured sashes, balloons, stylish table centrepieces and decorations are available. The first floor, historically known as The Regency Suite, has seen a decline in demand for private functions, and plans were submitted in March 2026 to convert this 'under-utilised' space into an NHS dental practice.
