How to Book
Download and complete the hall booking form and GDPR policy. Return forms to [email protected]. Booking officer confirms provisional date within 48 hours. Make payment (hourly rate) plus £75 damages deposit (refunded within 14 days after event if hall is in good order). Use your name as reference for online payments to Sort code: 40-52-40, Account: 00025922. Final confirmation received upon cleared payment and completed form. Main hall is almost fully booked, though some gaps exist. Keith Everett room has plenty of availability. Ridgewood Table Tennis Club plays in the hall on Monday evenings between 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM from September to June.
