How to book
To book, check availability on the hall's calendar, then contact the booking clerk via email ([email protected]) or phone (07535653932). Complete and return the hiring agreement with the deposit. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and signed agreement. Payment is preferred via bank transfer (BACS) to Sort code 20-44-51, A/C no. 50745332, but cash or cheque (payable to RVHMC) are also accepted. The balance of the hiring fee and security deposit must be received by the specified timescale to avoid cancellation. Pre-function visits are limited to three hours (one hour pre-inspection, two hours after confirmed booking); additional hours are charged at the normal hourly rate.
