Ripley Village Hall offers four distinct spaces for hire, including a large Main Hall with a stage and full catering kitchen, two smaller halls with kitchenettes, and a separate accessible building, Victory House. The venue boasts modern facilities including underfloor heating, air conditioning in most rooms, free parking, and WiFi, making it suitable for a wide range of events from parties and meetings to theatre productions. Booking & practical info
How to book
Preferred booking method is by email ([email protected]) or phone (07748 531275). Direct online booking system is not currently operated. Standard charges apply; for parties, larger events, and weddings, contact for individual costing. Charges are dependent on booking times and dates. A 30 days written notice is required for a full refund of the hire charge and damage waiver deposit (less £20 cancellation fee). Less than 30 days notice results in a non-refundable hire charge, but the damage waiver deposit is refunded. Email is sufficient for written cancellation. Additional cleaning fees apply for parties and large events: £45 for Main Hall, £35 for Hall 2, £25 for Hall 3. The building and car park must be vacated by 22:30 weekdays and 23:30 weekends. Activity/function is recommended to end 30 minutes prior to closing for clearing and locking up. A £50 deduction applies for every 15 minutes if the hall is not vacated on time.
