How to Book
Review current Hire Rates and read Terms and Conditions (available on their website). Check hall availability and make bookings using their Online Calendar. To request a booking, click the '+' symbol next to your preferred date on the calendar and fill in the form. Ensure to include enough time for setting up and packing away. The Venue Manager works part-time (Tuesdays - Thursdays) and will respond as soon as possible. A minimum of 4 days' notice is required for all bookings. A separate security/damage deposit invoice is required for parties and one-off events, which is fully refundable if no damage is identified.
