How to book
Minimum age of hirer: 21 years. Deposit required. Cancellation policy: within 24 hours of booking confirmation - full refund (excludes events starting within 48 hours); 30 days in advance - full refund; 30 days to 7 days in advance - 50% refund; within 7 days of event start - non-refundable. Event date change: can be changed to another date within 1 month from the original date at no cost. Cleaning responsibility: hirer is responsible for leaving the premises and surrounding area in a clean and tidy condition. Deposit refund: full refund via cheque within 30 days after the booking date, upon inspection for no damage and clean condition. Bookings outside opening hours contact: rivergate@churchatbr.com. Discount: 50% discount for hall hire before 6pm, Monday to Friday.
