How to book
Bookings can be made via Tagvenue, LiquidSpace, Hubble On-Demand, Spacebase, and Sharesy. Manager: Aimee Somerville (via Tagvenue, 98% response rate, within 1 hour). Visits before booking are possible by reserving for free and messaging the space owner to schedule a visit. Coworking day bookings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday). Meeting room bookings: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday). Weekends: Closed. Flexible cancellations, no fees if canceled at least 24 hours prior to booking (for Walbrook). Arrival no more than 5 minutes before start time, wait in reception on the 3rd floor. A member of staff will remain on site during the booking. Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site. Sharesy reserves the right to make deductions from the payment method for damages, with prior notification and evidence.
