How to Book

Minimum hire period is 1 hour. If a session is cancelled with less than 7 days notice and the facility is not re-let, the hirer may be liable to pay the full charge. Hirers are required to carry their own public liability insurance. A risk assessment should be undertaken for each new booking; assistance is available from reception staff. Hirers are responsible for ensuring all group members are off the premises and windows/doors are closed for late afternoon/evening finishes when FSN staff are not present. Hirers are responsible for the cost of any damage to the grounds, buildings, fixtures, fittings, and contents incurred by their group members. FSN reserves the right to cancel agreements if the centre is closed for official/electoral purposes or staff training, or at the manager's discretion. FSN can support room bookings with a range of refreshments and light lunch options, 2 weeks notice is required for catering. Menus can be designed to create the perfect lunch for your group.
