How to Book
Online booking available via calendar on rodborough.gov.uk. Key collection Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am to 12 noon, or by special arrangement. Hirers need to include all setting up and clearing away times in their 30-minute segment bookings. For changes, email [email protected]. A hire agreement form is required. Hirer is responsible for setting up chairs and tables and cleaning the hall after the event. Heating is set up for hire by Parish Council staff; no room setup service or staff available on day of hire. Alert Clerk or Deputy Clerk of any serious food allergies at the time of booking.
