How to Book
To make a booking, contact the Parish Council Office via email or telephone. Early booking is advised to avoid disappointment. Required information includes: Date and times required (including set-up and pack-away), Purpose of the booking (e.g., 9-year-old's birthday party), Approximate number of attendees. Payment of charges will be notified by invoice. For bookings of five or fewer sessions, payment is due seven days prior to the event. For bookings with less than seven days' notice, full payment is required immediately via bank transfer. Hire may be subject to cancellation if payment is not received as directed. Full terms and conditions, including policies on music and dancing, barbecues, alcohol, public performance, and equipment, are available from the Parish Council. Bookings are subject to any government restrictions at the time of booking.
