How to Book

Payment Terms: One third of the hiring fee payable by BACS upon acceptance of booking form. Balance invoiced later. Full amount plus deposit payable if hiring date is less than one month from booking date. Refundable deposit of up to £200 may be required for private parties and commercial hirings, payable two weeks in advance. Children's parties have a £150 refundable deposit. Deposit refundable within 28 days if no damage/loss and no additional outstanding costs. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email to [email protected]). More than 14 days notice: Full refund of the booking fee. Within 14 to 7 days notice: 50% refund of the booking fee. The Committee reserves the right to cancel if the Hall is required as a Polling Station, in which case the hirer receives a full refund of any deposit paid. Responsible Person: The Hirer, or named person on the booking form, is the Responsible Person during the hiring period and is responsible for premises supervision.
