How to book
Office hours for enquiries are Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm. The hall is available for hire on weekends only. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance is payable on key collection. Keys must be collected before 3:30pm on the Friday prior to booking and returned via the letterbox at the end of the hire. The hall is not hired for teenage parties. The hirer must be 18 years of age or older and is responsible for preventing overcrowding, keeping gangways/fire exits clear, and ensuring electrical equipment is PAT tested. The hall must be left in a clean and tidy condition with all rubbish removed. Hirers are advised to be insured against third-party claims and must comply with Health & Safety and fire regulations. An accident book is available in the kitchen.
