Included in venue hire: Pre & Post event tenancy cleaning, 1 Dedicated cleaner provided for duration of tenancy, 2 x Cloakroom attendants, Duty Manager and Operational Security (1 security guard included), Dedicated event manager provided from contract to delivery. Additional costs and notes: Fixed electrics charge estimated between £1,000 - £3,000 + VAT (calculated based on requirements and marked on floorplan by suppliers prior to event). Event security not included: 1 officer required for every 100 guests for evening events and events with alcohol. Security staff on site 1 hour before guests arrive and 1 hour after guests depart. Minimum 6 hours required, additional costs apply. First aid provision: If required, not included. Queue management personnel: If required, not included. Catering buyout admin fee: £3,500 + VAT or 10% of client's final bill (payable by client if using external caterers not on approved list). No corkage fee from venue, but caterer may charge.
