Visit the Venue Hire page on the Ruddington Parish Council website to download the Booking Form & Specific Conditions for one-off social bookings. For regular or commercial bookings, contact the Parish Council office to discuss requirements and obtain relevant forms and T&Cs. The 'Booked Period' includes 15 minutes before and after the event for setting up and tidying up. Hirer or a nominated responsible person (18+) must be on-site for the duration of the booked period. Full payment is required before the event takes place, or the booking will be cancelled. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, BACS, or credit/debit card. Cancellation without charge up to 14 days before the event. Less than 14 days' notice may incur full hire cost if a replacement booking isn't secured.
