How to Book

Contact the Bookings Secretary. Provisional bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a completed contract form. Hirers are responsible for setting up and cleaning the hall after the event. A leeway of 10 minutes before and after the event is allowed for entry and departure. Key safe access code provided upon booking. Hirers must complete and return a contract of hire, read and understand Terms and Conditions of Hire, and be familiar with Safeguarding policy, Emergency procedures, Health and Safety procedure, Actions to conserve energy, Environmental policy, and Privacy statement. For political, commercial, or business use, hirers must notify the Bookings Secretary and provide proof of their own public liability and accidental damage insurance. Charges are reviewed annually. Payment is due at the end of each month for regular users.
