How to book

A 20% deposit is required to secure a date and is non-refundable. The total fee payable is required 8 weeks prior to the start of the event. Failure to settle may result in cancellation. Cancellation Policy: within 1 Week: 100% of total fee + VAT due; within 3 Weeks: 75% of total fee + VAT due; within 6 Weeks: 50% of total fee + VAT due; within 8 Weeks: 25% of total fee + VAT due. Pricing Policy: Hire fees are set by the Council for the forthcoming financial year in February (financial year runs April – March). Current rates apply if booking for the current financial year or if paying in full for the next financial year prior to February's new fees. Otherwise, the new fees set in February will apply. Additional Terms: Hirer must be over 18. Hirer is liable for the full cost of the agreed usage package once invoice is generated. The Council reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking without stating a reason. Hirer must ensure contractors (traders, stall holders, technicians, performers) have public liability insurance and, where necessary, indemnity insurance. No nails, fixings, blue tack, tape, or other sticky substances are permitted on walls, floors, partitions, pillars, ceilings, fittings, or furniture; failure to adhere will result in a fee. Flyposting or illegal advertising in connection with the hiring is not permitted.
