How to Book
Booking is accepted upon receipt of a signed Hiring Agreement or Annual Hiring Agreement and full payment with an agreed deposit. Regular hirers (block booking weekly/monthly hours) can be invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within 14 days of invoice receipt. SGPR reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment or other terms are not complied with, and any amount paid may not be refunded.
