Bookings accepted up to the day before an event, but booking as far in advance as possible is recommended to secure dates. Payment Terms: For parties and events, full payment before the event (bank transfer in advance or by agreement with booking secretary on the day). For weddings and all-day events, a 10% deposit is required to confirm booking, with full payment due two weeks before the event. For regular bookings, invoices are to be paid within 2 weeks from the invoice date. Cancellation Policy: Notice required in writing via WhatsApp to the booking secretary. Full refund for cancellations three months prior, 50% refund for one month prior, no refund for fourteen days prior. If the hall becomes unusable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power blackout, extreme weather), payments will be transferred to an alternative date.
