How to book
Booking contact: Lottie White. Opening hours for booked activities vary between 9:30 AM - 10:00 PM. Booking process: Check conditions of hire, go to the booking page (Hallmaster system), check availability on the diary, click on the '+' sign for the desired date and room, login or sign up, add booking details (select rooms, event name, start/end date/time), option for recurring bookings, specify activity, add additional items like cleaning or kitchen use, provide a clear description for public events, set privacy, click 'Check Availability'. Payment: Invoices for regular users are sent monthly in the first week of the following month with 14 days to pay. Cancellations/Amendments: Individual dates in a recurring series can be amended for date or time. Moving an individual date to a different room requires administrator assistance. Additional charges apply for kitchen use (flat fee per booking). Seacourt Hall re-opened in a new building on Church Way in 2020.
