How to Book

To enquire or make a booking, contact the venue directly via phone or email. Phone lines open Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). While specific cancellation policies for The Gateway Theatre were not found, general terms for Seaton Town Council's Marshlands Centre (a different facility) indicate that a full refund requires notice at least 10 working days before the booking date. Payment is typically required at the time of booking to confirm. Hirer must be over 18 years of age. Allow for set up and clear up time in your booking. Users are to have left the building by 11pm. Hirers are responsible for the prevention of any activity that could endanger public safety. Any accident must be recorded by the Hirer. No smoking is allowed in any part of the building. No dogs or animals, except guide/hearing dogs, may be brought onto the premises without prior permission. All children under 16 must be suitably supervised. Alcohol may only be consumed if provided by the Hirer on a non-commercial basis, and the Hirer is responsible for complying with licensing laws if selling alcohol.
