Sedbury & Beachley Village Hall offers two hireable rooms, The Steve Ford Room and The Sheila Bollen Room, suitable for various events and activities. The hall features ample onsite parking, gas-fired central heating, and free full-fibre broadband WiFi. All entrances have ramps for disabled access. A well-equipped kitchen is available, along with a T Loop system and projector in one of the rooms. Tidenham Parish Community Transport (TiddyBus) can also be booked by registered community groups.

How to Book
New users need to register and book through the online calendar. Hirers must read the 'Terms and Conditions of Hire' and 'Hire Charges' documents. Booking forms and payment should be with the Administrator by the weekend before the event. Current charges are available on the website under 'Documentation/Hire Charges'. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. Key collection is by arrangement when booking; contact to explain procedures. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing 14 days in advance, otherwise, full hiring charges apply. The hirer must be over 18, present throughout the hire period, responsible for proper and orderly use, good behaviour of guests, observance of licensing/legal requirements, leaving premises clean and tidy, putting away chairs/tables, locking doors, closing windows, and turning off lights. Hirer is liable for any damage, breakages, losses, and additional cleaning costs. Hirers must clean and tidy the hall after the event.
