How to Book
Read the Conditions of Hall Hire document. Check availability on the online calendar. Click on '+ New Booking', fill in the form, and submit. An invoice will be sent via email. Payment by BACS must be made within 72 hours of invoice receipt to confirm the booking; otherwise, it will be cancelled. Booking confirmation will be sent via email upon payment. A few days before the event, details of the key safe code will be provided for access (do not share). Minimum booking period: 2 hours (part hours charged at full hour rate). 30 minutes free cleaning time at the end of each hire session. Cancellation policy: Full refund up to 3 days before event, 50% refund between 3 days and 1 day before event, no refund less than 1 day before event. Payment method: BACS.
