Purpose-built in 2007 and refurbished in 2015, Sherborne St John Village Hall offers modern, light, and spacious facilities for various community, private, and corporate activities. It is situated in the center of the village with dedicated car parking and an adjacent Village Green.

Booking Process: Go to the Hallmaster booking calendar or click the 'Book Now' button on the website. Find the desired date and time. If available, click the '+' symbol. Fill in name, contact details, and booking information. Click 'submit' to send the request. Booking will be confirmed by email. Payment: Hiring Charges, Deposit, and Security Deposit are required at the time of booking, except for certain long-let conditions. Cheques should be made payable to 'Sherborne St John Village Hall'. Additional charges: Kitchen facilities hire charge: £25.00 per booking. Bar facilities hire charge: £25.00 per booking (or included with kitchen). AV Equipment hire charge: £10.00 per booking.
