For Sherwood Park Hall: Online requests receive a quotation via email within 48 hours. Phone enquiries can be made to 020 8187 0456 to discuss needs. Viewings are by appointment only (Thursdays 2-7 pm, Saturdays 9 am-12 pm). For Sherwood Recreation Ground (Outdoor Space), managed by Merton Council: An open air events application form is required. Pre-application steps include visiting the site to consider layout, topography, access, and available facilities. Email [email protected] or [email protected] for queries. Notice periods vary: Minimum 6 weeks for small voluntary community events, 3 months for capacity over 500, 6 months for capacity over 5000, and 9 months for capacity over 10000.
