How to Book
Minimum of six hours for one-off hire. All payments for bookings required prior to the booking date. One-off hire charges fully paid in advance. Regular lettings invoiced monthly in advance. Hirer must be over 18 years of age. Required to hold Public Liability Insurance cover of at least £2 million and provide proof at booking and annually. Responsible for providing all necessary insurances and qualified personnel for Health & Safety and Local Authority regulations. Contact Silver Lotus to make an appointment for a visit and discuss requirements. An Application Pack (Application of Hire, Conditions of Hire, Health & Safety Procedures, Risk Assessment Form, Tariff Sheets) will be provided if facilities are available. Completed Application of Hire and proof of insurance to be returned for director approval.
